First Day of School, First Day of School!

Today was Korbin's official first day of school, he did great, I did ok but Kane did horrible. As we were leaving Kane grabbed a handful of toys. I assumed he wanted them to just hold for the walk, little did I know that he thought we were going to stay at school until Korbin was done. As I begged for a kiss goodbye Kane started to get upset. Korbin put up his back pack and didn't look back...which I guess is a great thing but I kind of wanted him to wave good bye from the classroom door. The minute we turned to walk away Kane started saying we can't just leave him here, I want Korbin and my favorite... who will take care of us now? It was priceless I felt like crying but didn't (yay me!) Kane did cry off and on now for about a hour. He will be sitting on the couch and then start to cry saying I miss Korbin. He keeps asking for lunch because I told him after lunch and rest time we can go get Korbin. I think it's going to be a period of adjust at our house hold, but that's good with every change we grow a little more. I'll add at the bottom of the post Korbin's thoughts when he gets home.

****Korbin was so excited when he came home, he had a blast! He said they did a fire drill, he said that his lunch was too big to eat but what he ate was good. He said he didn't make a lot of friend but a few but he couldn't remember their names. He also saw his 2 friends from our floor who are in other K classes. So today was a hit!
