I can't believe that this summer is nearly over. The first day of summer vacation I had Korbin make a list of things we wanted to do and sadly we haven't even put a dent in it yet. I have spent this summer doing a lot of stuff for me, which now I regret when I was home working on my homework and stuff I should have been doing fun things with them, this could be our last full summer in Okinawa :( We have been to the beach A LOT had lots of picnics and walks but I still want to do more. Will I ever be happy? Probably not I'm always going to wish I had done more with these kids, they are growing up so fast. So my goal for the rest of the summer is to try to have as much fun with them as possible, maybe we will go to Okuma for a few days, maybe the aquarium, who knows but I have a lot to do before the end of the summer!
Some of the pictures are the "train" roller slide park, Korbin and JB building some of his birthday gifts, Korbin and his awesome k'nex car he built entirely by HIMSELF, Katara in the car with mommy enjoying some fine Okinawa candies, eating at "daddy's house, it is really called My House but Kane always says lets eat at Daddy's House! And for those who are wondering he really is going to eat those sprouts, cabbage & carrots (don't worry he still picks out the onions!) I also took the kids to Family Story Time at the library it was a first for us as we usually have Taekwon do and can't make it back in time, it was a super hero night and it was fun the kids made masks, Korbin loved his Kane cried and cried because he thought it looked like a Ronald McDonald mask/ clown mask. He laid on the floor and cried and cried, who knows what set him off.

You are one busy and FUN mom!
You've had a fun summer with those kids - maybe you haven't fulfilled all of the dreams but hey, you've made a ton of memories; good memories!
