"I can ride my bike on 2 wheels!!" Yes that is right last night he decided that he wanted to take the training wheels off, so I quickly got them removed and headed downstairs. I put Katara in her stroller and got Kane's helmet snapped on and held the back of his seat, I thought I would hold on and walk or run behind him until he got going and then let go, however I didn't get a chance to do this. He started peddling and just took off! He rode around the big front circle and the Y part behind our house he even learned how to slam on his breaks and slide the back end!! He was so proud and I am so proud.
We are now in panic mode trying to prepare for the birthday party, I need to make playdough so I can make a volcano, finnish the pinata, prepare the stuff for the ooblec, and the jello petri dishes as well as finishing painting the sun catchers and the decorations. Oh and I almost forgot again I need to make the bath fizzies and buy bags to put these in! SO MUCH TO DO!!! It is going to be a great party.. I hope there is no party bouncer this year so hopefully they will have fun!

Way to go Korbin! Sounds like he's got it all down now. Faith still needs to learn how to turn and stop! Ha. Good luck on the party- I know it gets stressful- remember the kids always end up having a blast even if preparations might not have been perfect.
Korb - PawPaw & I are so amazed! You are such an awesome guy - can't believe you will be six next week. Be a very careful driver on your two wheels.
The party sounds like fun - Clair is right, Moms need to enjoy the party too so don't stress. This is a very special time to celebrate the birth of your precious son, a wonderful gift from God.
