In all my business of posting about Katara I forgot to post Korbin's birthday, he turned 4 on June 30. I guess with the impending move and packing I have neglected my biggest "little man's" special day. We had a party for him on he birthday at Grammy and Grandpa's house, the kids played, did fireworks, swam and probably the highlight did a pinata! I will post pics of that someother time as being the forget mom I am I forgot extra batteries for my camera and my dear sister had to save the day and take pics for me...thanks by the way!;)
When we got home Thursday night we did our own fireworks thanks to Jeremy & Julie! The boys each had 1 sparkler, true to the Brehm Boys fashion sence Korbin wore his undies and Kane wore his "biper".
And finally the pictures at the end were taken this morning before church. The boys had thier red white and blue shirts on and Katara had on a new denim jumper I got over the fourth at the second hand store! Daddy took them and I think they are pretty cute.
As I close I must warn everyone of the perils of living on a military base. This morning I was almost hit by a helicopter as I was driving back from church. They must have been having problems because they were wobbleing and almost landed and then took off again and wobbled more and then went back down into a reven (sp?) I must clarify that they poped over a ridge and almost crossed the road, so it wasn't like I was driving down a runway or something. So now Korbin is running around the house twirling his rocket saying helicopter, helicopter, helicopter. Wow I have had some crazy stuff happen to me since moving on base, but that by far is the craziest!
