SO I have spent roughly 6 hours today trying to design a new blog template complete with headers and adorable background, as you can see I wasn't too successful. By around the 5 hour mark I had messed up my hacks so bad I had to revert everything back to how it was and just about that time photoshop decided it was time to die... of course I hadn't gotten around to saving anything yet. So now my poor blog looks kinda naked but at least I got her patched up enough that she is presentable now, she is presentable now right? Hopefully I will get these hacks figured out someday and you will click on here and say Wow, that's a nice blog... until then you are left with my lame attempts of blog decorating.
So I'm sitting at my desk with a pile of hair, an empty pudding cup (don't worry it's fat free & sugar free so my 13 lbs lost won't find their way back on) and several pieces of my fingernails scattered. I probably won't try to tackle this project again for a while; my hair needs to grow back a bit;)

ha! I was going to try that this weekend, and decided to get the rooms ready for the boys! Good thing I didn't try! It still looks nice...I am amazed...I have the one I want to use picked out, but that is as far as I have gotten. Maybe soon I will work on it!? Maybe not!
Your blog is going to be totally adorable! I love what you have done so far and I love your title. I know about it being time consuming-- I spent a whole morning fiddling with my blog header trying to get it just right. In fact- that's all I know how to do- make a blog header. I learned it from a tutorial on www.blogginwithbobbie.blogspot.com. You might like that sight for her photography and all the things she does in photoshop.
