White Beach Adventures

Yesterday was a great day, I started it off with a 5:15 am wake up to go running, after we were done running I picked up some guys Justin' works with at the barracks and after breakfast and a shower we were off to White Beach. The drive was fairly easy, traffic was sorta bad, but worth it once we got there. At the beach there were 2 other families shortly after we got there 1 family left and the other swam down to another area away from us. In our area it was just me, the kids and the life guard. I had so much fun playing. I ran with the kids, jumped with them, swam with them, splashed with them. It was GREAT! Katara LOVED her new little "tent" but she loved her crab floaty more, she spent a good portion of her day in the water with us. Justin and the guys went snorkeling and saw some really cool stuff, he had an underwater camera so hopefully I can get it developed and share some with you all soon! As for my camera, for some reason I left it at home so no pictures of the kids today. The guys bought stuff for smores which was a HUGE hit among my kids, even Katara got in on the ooey-gooey fun! Korbin got just a little pink, even with his 5 or 6 applications of SPF 50 waterproof sport sun screen, even Kane got a little pink which is a first for him ever, he normally just tans, Katara got a little pink on her cheeks but looks normal today. Justin's poor back I fear will never be the same, it is fusha with white spots everywhere, and me, as Justin would say you're shoulders and arms just look dirty (my few freckles have now turned into 1 large freckle it appears. My legs are like lobster legs but on the good side hopefully now people won't be blinded when I wear shorts!
