We got all dressed up and headed out into the blowing rain to go to Kadena for the candlelight service. I was a little disappointed in the service itself but at least we all went as a family. I"m not sure if it was the fact that we had to sit in the crying room, which to me even if you are in the crying room and you're child is screaming you still need to remove them because maybe just maybe there is someone else who is in there who may want to hear what is being said. Or maybe I was just expecting something different. After that we went to Futenma to deliver cookies to the guys/girls in the barracks. We all went because we all helped make the treats. I think they were appreciated and I know we had a good talk about giving to others so maybe something will stick~
